In order to maintain creative control, retain ownership of this original I.P., and avoid becoming mired in the slow & bloated studio system, the filmmakers have decided to produce this film independently.
To do this, they are raising the necessary capital through Private Placements, offering hundreds of individuals the opportunity to invest and become a credited Executive Producer on the movie.
How you can benefit
